Area of application
For the business relations between representation authorized person: These General business conditions (AGB) are meant for Klingenladen Ltd. and the customer exclusively. Opposing trading conditions of the customer are valid only if Klingenladen Ltd. expressly and signed agrees.

Contract conclusion
The representation of the products in our online-shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a noncommittal online-catalog. According to input of your personal data and by clicking of the button Confirm Order you give an obligatory order of the items contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the entrance of the orders follows immediately after confirming the order.
The sales contract comes off with our confirmation of order or supply of the item. If you should not receive confirmation of order or supply within 2 weeks from us, you are bound no more to your order.

Right of rescission
You can return the item(s) within 2 weeks by return of the item(s), unless, you ordered in practice of your commercial or independent activity (order by independent contractors). The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the item and a detailed instruction in text form. Return sequences: In the case of an effective return, the respective received services are returned and if necessary to hand over pulled uses (for example use advantages). At a deterioration of the product value substitute can be demanded. This does not apply, if the deterioration of the product is to be put down to their examination exclusively - how for instance it would have been possible in the shop. By the way you can avoid the value substitute duty when you do not take the product in use as an owner and refrain from all which decreases its value.

Supply
The items will be shipped after Klingenladen Ltd. has confirmed the order. You can find a delivery time in the product description. If no information is given there, the shipping takes place within 3-8 days. Klingenladen Ltd. is entitled to partial deliveries, as far as this is reasonable for you. The method of shipping and the carrier will be chosen by Klingenladen Ltd. Additional shipping notes arise only with explicit agreement.

Prices
The prices are fixed prices including VAT.

Reserved ownership
All deliveries of Klingenladen Ltd. occurring under reserved ownership. The supplied products stays up to the complete property payment of Klingenladen Ltd.

Guarantee
We give a 24 months guarantee on any other item (legal) from date of delivery.

Liability
Klingenladen Ltd. is liable for damages from the injury of the health, the life or the body within the case intention, coarse and easy negligence of their legal representatives and/or their fulfillment assistants, from contractual or noncontractual duty injuries only with coarse negligence and intention of their legal representatives and/or fulfillment and/or performance assistants. Klingenladen Ltd. does not liable with deliberate claims in the case of careful selection of his performance assistants. Klingenladen Ltd. is not liable for verbally given information or consultation. Liability exclusions according to these General Business Conditions are not valid for claims from the product liability law.

Credit card billing
If you pay by credit card and all items are in stock, your credit card will be charged when you have finished your order. If items are not in stock, we will charge your credit card, when we ship the goods.
